1. About these terms
This website, viranov.com, is operated by VIRANOV ("VIRANOV", "we", "us" or "our"), a womenswear brand based in Lebanon. These Terms of service apply to your use of the website and to every order you place with us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree that the information you give us, including your name, phone number and delivery address, is accurate and complete.
3. Our products
We make every effort to show our pieces accurately, including their colours, prints, fabrics and measurements. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and fabric and print placement can vary slightly from piece to piece. These small variations are not considered defects.
Each multiway piece can be worn in several ways. The looks, steps and fit notes shown on each product page are guidance on how the piece can be styled. Fit depends on the individual and on the way each look is put on.
Sama Multiway Cape Top, Hala Adjustable-Waist Trousers, Jana Wrap Skirt to Dress and Mona Reversible Bow Top are each made in one size covering XS through L, and you set the fit through the piece's own adjustment. Leila Essential Bandeau Top is made in two sizes: Size 1 (XS to S) and Size 2 (M to L). Size and fit information is provided on each product page and on our Flexible Sizing page. Please review it before you order, as we do not accept returns for fit.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in US dollars. Prices and availability may change at any time without notice, but a change will not affect an order we have already confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and will let you know before delivery.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may confirm your order by phone or message before dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if the delivery details cannot be verified, or if there is an error in the listing. If we cancel an order, you will not be charged.
6. Payment
All orders are paid in cash on delivery, in US dollars or Lebanese pounds. Payments in Lebanese pounds are calculated at the day's market exchange rate. You agree to pay the full order total, including any delivery fee, when your order is delivered. Ownership of the products passes to you once payment is received.
7. Delivery
We deliver within Lebanon only. Delivery costs, times and conditions are set out in our Shipping policy.
8. Returns, refunds and damaged orders
We do not offer refunds after purchase. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced only when reported on the day of delivery with a clear photo, as set out in our Refund policy.
9. Care
Each piece comes with care instructions on its label and product page. We are not responsible for damage caused by washing, ironing or handling that does not follow these instructions, or by normal wear.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the VIRANOV name and logo, product designs, photography, videos, text and graphics, belongs to VIRANOV or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
11. Using the website
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to place false or fraudulent orders. We may suspend access to the website or cancel orders where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website when you place an order applies to that order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Lebanese courts.
