Ordering and delivery
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. You pay when your order arrives, with no online payment needed.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery across all of Lebanon is free on orders of $160 or more. Orders under $160 have a flat $5 delivery fee, shown in your cart and at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Every order ships within 24 hours and arrives in 2 to 4 days, depending on where you are. See Delivery and Returns for the details.
Returns and damaged orders
Can I return a piece?
We do not offer refunds after purchase. If you are unsure about a piece or your fit, message us before you order and we will help you choose.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Message us on the day it is delivered, with a clear photo of the damage, and we will replace it free of charge. We ask that damage is reported the same day so that we can be sure it happened in transit. Damage reported after the day of delivery cannot be replaced. See Delivery and Returns.
Fit and sizing
Which size should I order?
Sama, Hala, Jana and Mona are each made in one size covering XS through L, and you set the fit. Some looks on Sama, Jana and Mona also fit XL. Leila is fitted rather than adjustable, so it comes in two sizes: Size 1 for XS to S and Size 2 for M to L. See the full range on Flexible Sizing.
Will it still fit if my body changes?
That is what the adjustment is for. Hala's waistband fastens at several positions, Jana's wrap closes wherever you decide, and Mona's straps and ties reset to wherever you need them. No sizing up, no sizing down.
I am larger than an L.
Every piece fits XS through L, and some looks on Sama, Jana and Mona also fit XL. Message us with your measurements before you order and we will tell you honestly which looks will work for you.
The pieces
How many ways can I wear each piece?
It depends on the piece. Each one changes in its own way, and every product page shows the looks that piece holds. See them all on How It Works.
Is it hard to change from one look to another?
Every look is built from a small number of clear steps, written out on the product page beside the look itself. Nothing requires a second person.
Which piece does not transform?
Leila Essential Bandeau Top. It is the foundation layer, worn on its own or under Sama and the other cape styles when a look is cropped or open.
What are the pieces made of?
Sama, Hala and Leila are 100% viscose. Jana and Mona follow the print: Citrus Bloom is 100% satin, and Noir Botanica and Brique Botanica are 100% cotton. Each product page shows the fabric for the print you choose.
How do I care for my pieces?
Every piece is cared for the same way: machine wash at 30°C, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, iron on low heat from the inside, and do not dry clean. The care symbols are on each product page and on the label sewn into every garment.
