Delivery

Delivery across all of Lebanon is free on orders of $160 or more. Orders under $160 have a flat $5 delivery fee. You will see the delivery charge in your cart and at checkout before you place your order.

• Cost. Free on orders of $160 or more. $5 on orders under $160, anywhere in Lebanon.
• Dispatch. Every order ships within 24 hours.
• Arrival. Your order arrives in 2 to 4 days, depending on where you are.
• Payment. Cash on delivery. You pay when your order arrives, with no online payment needed.

Returns

We do not offer refunds after purchase, so if you are unsure about a piece or your fit, message us before you order and we will help you choose. You can also see the full size range on Flexible Sizing.

If your order arrives damaged

If your order arrives damaged, message us on the day it is delivered, with a clear photo of the damage, and we will replace it free of charge.

We ask that damage is reported the same day, with a photo, so that we can be sure it happened in transit and not through wear. Damage reported after the day of delivery cannot be replaced.
