When will my order arrive?

Orders ship within 24 hours and arrive in 2 to 4 days, depending on where you are. Delivery across Lebanon is free on orders of $160 or more, and $5 on orders under $160.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery. You pay when your order arrives, with no online payment needed.

Can I return a piece?

We do not offer refunds after purchase. If your package arrives damaged, message us on the day it is delivered, with a clear photo of the damage, and we will replace it free of charge. Damage reported after the day of delivery cannot be replaced.

Which size should I order?

Our multiway pieces are made in one size covering XS through L, and you set the fit. Some looks on Sama, Jana and Mona also fit XL. Leila comes in two sizes. See the full range on Flexible Sizing.
